This was my first visit to Bruegger's Bagels and it was a terrible first impression. I downloaded the app in store after seeing their sign for a complimentary bagel with cream cheese for new members. I signed up, the offer appeared in my app, and I showed it to the employee." "Instead of helping, the employee was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to figure it out." "Instead of honoring the promotion, I was told to come back another day." "That completely defeats the purpose of a promotion meant to attract new customers." "I wasn't just there for the free item. I also bought other food and a drink." "As a new customer, I expected at least a basic level of customer service and willingness to help." Instead, I felt brushed aside, even though I showed the offer in my app exactly as instructed." "Customer service can make or break a first impression. Unfortunately, this experience did the latter. I won't be returning, and I hope management trains staff to understand their own promotions and treat customers with courtesy and respect.

Great local bagel shop with a variety of options. Try the double egg sausage sandwich with a cold brew! Friendly staff.

Bruegger’s Bagels has a really good bagel egg and cheese bagel, but the iced coffee was just okay and my order took a decent amount of time to be ready after ordering. I took the bagel sandwich back to my hotel, hence the very photogenic picture, the location was just okay.

Highly recommend trying this place Food Rating: I got the smoked salmon on an everything bagel I have been craving a lox bagel and I saw this place recommended so I thought I would try it and it did not disappoint. it was really good the only negative thing was that it was a lil too salty for my taste which was probably because I got it on an everything bagel next time I’ll try it on a plain bagel. But overall it was a really good bagel Service Rating: The employees were very nice and friendly they welcomed me with a nice warm greeting and smile which brightened my day. They also worked very fast but even though it was fast the quality was amazing. I got my order in about 5 minutes after ordering it Atmosphere Rating: The atmosphere was very cozy and friendly the lighting wasn’t too bright but not too dim and it really fit the aesthetic Overall Rating: Overall I’ll give it 5/5 stars it did not disappoint it was a great breakfast I highly recommend trying this place sometime

Don’t skip this place! We ate at this bagel spot 4 mornings in a row while staying at a nearby hotel. Why mess with success? I didn’t want to go anywhere else for breakfast. Everyday I tried a new bagel combination 🥯. They bake their bagels throughout the day in small batches- that way they’re always fresh. This is a fast casual restaurant. You can build your own bagel (it’s giving chipotle vibes) or order off the menu. You can also just order bagels to go. They also sell a variety of their cream cheeses. I bought an onion and chive cream cheese to take home with me and remind me of this restaurant 💕.
